Pre-Qualified Vendor Lists (PQVL) | Division of Procurement Services

Pre-Qualified Vendor Lists (PQVLs)

Pre-Qualified Vendor Lists are lists of vendors established through an RFP process for specific service types, usually with the intention of the issuing Agency (and other agencies) to conduct a mini-bid process among the selected vendors to award specific project work on an as-needed basis. Many of these Pre-Qualified Vendor Lists offer open enrollment at varying times of the year. Any interested parties who would like to apply for acceptance to a list should check the document for that PQVL and submit the required documentation within the noted timeframe.

Please Note: Enrollment periods listed here are for quick reference, but all interested parties should read the entire document for any RFPs to determine submission requirements.

NOTICE

Beginning October 1, 2025, all new solicitations will be posted through Vendor Self Service (VSS)!

All PQVLs posted before October 1, 2025 will continue with the process as defined in the PQVLs below.

New solicitations posted on or after October 1, 2025 will be available in Vendor Self Service only.

1. Vendors must have an active User ID and password in VSS to submit questions and respond to solicitations.

2. Vendors must have an active Vendor Code (VC or VS) to contract with the department.
