New Reporting Requirement for Commercial Lobster License Holders
Dear License Holder,
A recent amendment to DMR’s Chapter 8 (Landings Program) regulations modified the reporting requirements of the lobster fishery to require those harvesters holding a commercial lobster license to submit monthly trip-level catch reports during the months you hold an active lobster license starting January 1, 2023. Reporting must be done using an approved electronic reporting method. Reports for the prior month are due by the 10th of the following month.
