Mid Coast Health Net proposes to utilize U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration funding to construct a 12,000-square-foot health care services and community engagement facility, the Knox Clinic, at the northeast corner of Thomaston Green Park on Route 1 in Thomaston, Maine. The distribution of federal funds to non-government entities is subject to review for consistency with the enforceable policies of Maine Coastal Program under 15 CFR 930, subpart C.
