Volunteers of America Northern New England (VOANNE) proposes to utilize U.S. Housing and Urban Development funding for a portion of a multifamily, residential, affordable housing development at the Vizsla Avenue Subdivision in Bangor, Maine. Specifically, the funding would be utilized for construction of a group home, pavilion, and paved access road and parking areas. The distribution of federal funds to non-government entities is subject to review for consistency with the enforceable policies of Maine Coastal Program under 15 CFR 930, subpart C.
