Application I:
Location: Spirit Pond, Morse River, Phippsburg
Acreage and Term Requested: 2.52 Acres for 20 years

Application II:
Location: Mill Pond, Kennebec River, Phippsburg
Acreage and Term Requested: 0.96 Acres for 20 years

If the scoping session listed above is cancelled, an alternate scoping session will be held on September 15, 2022, at the same time and location. Notice of a cancellation will be posted on the Department's website under Upcoming Meetings.

What is a scoping session?

A scoping session is a meeting where the applicant explains their tentative proposal(s) to members of the public. Its an opportunity for members of the public to provide feedback on the proposal(s), prior to the applicant submitting a final application(s) and an eventual public hearing(s). This meeting does not determine whether the proposal(s) will be granted.
