This most recent cycle we partnered with the Public Health District Coordinating Councils (DCCs) to provide updates on how the hospitals, Districts, Community Action Programs, and other partners have addressed the 2022 MeSCHNA priorities and MeCAP’s Community Needs Assessment priorities.
