Health care providers at the Maine CDC Breast and Cervical Health Program Network play a critical role in increasing breast and cervical cancer screenings by providing a way for patients to get help to pay for breast and pelvic exams, Pap and HPV tests, mammograms, and some diagnostic or follow-up services.

- Reimbursement for travel to appointments
- Backdating bills for qualified services already received
- Assistance with scheduling appointments
- Screening and/or appointment reminders
Eligibility Requirements
- Maine Resident or NH within 15 miles of the Maine border
- Are at least 21 years old
- Income level is 250% of the federal poverty level.
- The allowable income level is higher than standard MaineCare.
- Uninsured or have limited Medicaid -- even those with private insurance may qualify
