Maine WIC authorized vendors are required to train all staff who handle WIC transactions, ensuring their knowledge of the Maine Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC) procedures and requirements remains current.
A record of WIC training is to be maintained on store premises and is to include:
- Material Trained
- Date of Materials
- Trainer Name
- Date Training Completed
- Trainee Name
- Trainee Signature
