This 4-hour instructor-led virtual course is designed to provide emergency management officials with the knowledge and skills they need to identify which elements of a response or function to test and ensure alignment between stakeholders and expected outcomes. The course is a combination of classroom instruction, exercise activities, and practical application. The outcome of this course is students will develop an understanding of what pre-work and actions are required to effectively plan and execute an emergency exercise.
