This four-hour, instructor-led virtual course builds on our Post-Incident After Action Report training, introducing a process to ensure AAR recommendations are implemented and tracked over time. Participants will explore the resolution and evaluation phases of FEMA’s Continuous Improvement process, learn how to implement ongoing review of response data, and discuss strategies for monitoring progress to strengthen response capabilities over time. Learning is reinforced through facilitated breakout activities and a practical case study to develop a continuous improvement process for their organization.
