Brian stated he kept the license plate on the truck after he bought it from the previous owner. Tr. Nadeau located a catalytic converter in the bed of the truck and seized it as possible stolen property. Tr. Nadeau later put out a MIAC bulletin on the catalytic converter. Brian and Josh have been charged by various agencies for catalytic converter thefts. The truck was towed and impounded by Lindy’s. Tr.
