Brief Synopsis:  Cpl. Hink responded to 27 Pilgrim Drive for a report of a family fight.  Upon arriving on scene, Cpl. Hink observed a female (20) trying to get into the house where her 16 year old and 21 year old sister, McKeen Verrill, were.  During the investigation, Cpl. Hink learned that Verrill had been drinking, she got out of control, assaulted her two sisters causing minor injuries and barricaded herself in a bedroom upstairs adjacent to where her one-year old son was sleeping.  Cpl. Hink learned that Verrill does not live at the address and came to visit her sisters while her mother was out of town on vacation.  After several attempts, Cpl. Hink was able to convince her to come down stairs where she was taken into custody without incident.  Sacopee Rescue arrived and evaluated all three girls before Cpl. Hink transported Verrill to the Oxford County Jail. Verrill was charged with two counts of Assault.  Sgt. Hanson and Tr. Cowie arrived on scene and assisted in the investigation.

Brief Synopsis:  While conducting a traffic enforcement detail with Recruits from the RTT, Trooper Pyburn and Recruit Lemieux arrested Roger Hamel, for an outstanding warrant. Hamel was arrested after a traffic stop for a defective plate light, on Montello Street in Lewiston. During the stop, it was determined Hamel had an active full extradition warrant, from Port Charlotte Florida, for Grand Theft Larceny. Hamel was arrested and transported to the Androscoggin County Jail without incident.

Brief Synopsis: Tr. Fillebrown and K9 Aros conducted (2) drug searches.

Trooper:                              Tr. Fillebrown

Brief Synopsis: Tr. Fillebrown and K9 Aros conducted a k9 track in Greene for a suspect that fled from Deputies. The suspect had been tracked for over three miles by Deputies and another three miles by Tr. Fillebrown and K9 Aros.  The suspect failed to stop upon being ordered by Tr. Fillebrown and K9 Aros was sent for an apprehension.  The male was arrested without further incident.

Brief Synopsis:  Tr. Pyburn and Cpl. Hink attended an administrator’s meeting at the Sacopee Valley school system.  The topic of discussion was student evacuation planning should there be a high-risk incident on the campus.  More meetings are scheduled in the future.

Brief Synopsis: On 2/25/2020, Tr. Willard stopped Jessica Harvey on Route 4 in Turner for a vehicle defect.  She was summonsed for OAS.

Brief Synopsis:  Det. Royle initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle being operated on I-295 SB that displayed an EXPIRED inspection sticker and was not displaying a front license plate.  The male operator identified as FOLEY, JARED J (27) was found to have a SUSPENDED license.  FOLEY was served a USAC for OPERATING AFTER SUSPENSION (OAS).

Brief Synopsis:  Corporal Casey came across a vehicle that slid off the roadway on Route 117 in the Town of Norway. The operator was determined to have a warrant for his arrest and was suspended as well. He was arrested and charged with Operating After Suspension.

Brief Synopsis:  Det. Royle initiated traffic stop on a vehicle being operated on I-295 NB at 89 Mph in a posted 55 Mph limit.  The male operator identified as WATSON, OLIVER L (28) was served a USAC for EXCEEDING POSTED SPEED LIMIT BY 30+ MPH.
