Join us at Bradbury Mountain for Maine Live Birds of Prey program, Hawk Watch, Bird Walks, Children's Activities, Animal Tracks, Intro to Geocaching, Forest Bathing/Forest Therapy Guided Walk, "Ask a Ranger" at the evening Fireside chat, along with many more activities.

Some of the best Maine birding will take place the last weekend in April with a unique event designed to appeal to birdwatchers of all abilities, and especially to families and children.

Feathers over Freeport will highlight special birding opportunities in the greater Freeport area, featuring top Maine experts, plus hikes, workshops and other activities for people of all abilities and interests at two locations Bradbury Mountain State Park in Pownal on Saturday, April 27th and Wolfe's Neck Woods State Park in Freeport on Sunday, April 28th.

Cost: Free with park admission: $1.00 for ages 5-11, $4.00 for Maine residents ages 12-64, $6.00 for non-residents ages 12-64, $2.00 for non-residents 65 and older; persons under 5 and Maine residents 65 and older are free.
