Join us for an all-ages exploration of the incredible intertidal zone at Cobscook Bay, designed especially with elementary-aged children in mind! We'll discover why Downeast Maines tides are so dramatic, meet real shells and marine animals up close, learn about the amazing adaptations that help species survive between the tides, and then head out at low tide with clipboards and field guides to search for your own shells and sea creatures before gathering together to share our discoveries. Meet at the park boat launch.
