On 03/16/2020 Tr. Martin received a complaint regarding a male exposing himself to Dunkin Donut workers in Unity. As a result of the investigation, Justin Pomeroy (26) was summonsed for Indecent Conduct and trespassed from the Unity Dunkin Donuts.
On 3/16/2020 Tr. Belanger and Trooper Webber stopped Gerald Burleigh (43) of Benton on East Benton Rd in Benton after receiving a motor vehicle complaint. Burleigh was ultimately arrested for OUI. His passenger, Daniel Quimby (47) of Benton, was arrested on an FTA warrant. Both were transported to Kennebec County Jail.

State Police say the victim of last night’s shooting in Blue Hill is 31 year old Joshua Clarke. He was shot outside his home at 646 Ellsworth Road. An autopsy was conducted today at the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Augusta. Detectives say the person who shot him has been identified and interviewed, and they continue to investigate the circumstances of the shooting. No one has been charged.
State Police say they are investigating the shooting death of a man in Blue Hill tonight. The incident took place at a home on the Ellsworth Road just before 6 PM. Detectives say one person is being questioned and there is no threat to the public. Additional details are likely to be released Monday.
State Police say a 23 year old Millinocket man has died following a weekend shooting inside a home in Millinocket. Cameron Pelkey died overnight at EMMC in Bangor where he had been treated since the shooting on Sunday. An autopsy today at the State Medical Examiner's Office in Augusta determined Pelkey died from a single gunshot wound. Earlier this week, 45 year old Jason Mulligan was charged with aggravated attempted murder and made his first appearance in court. Mulligan is being held at the Penobscot County Jail.
UPDATE: Unfortunately, Mr. Lamson was located by the Maine Warden Service a 1/4 mile from his residence deceased.
Tpr. Welch stopped Hannah Dascanio (20) of Portland for criminal speed, 115mph in a 70mph zone, on the turnpike in Scarborough at Mile 42 northbound.
Tpr. Libritz stopped Jason Goan (34) of Parsonsfield for a vehicle defect. Goan’s license status was suspended for OUI and an unpaid fine. Tpr. Libritz summonsed Goan for OAS and a licensed passenger drove from the scene.
