Request for Proposals for CMP  Residential and Small Non-Residential Class Service beginning January 1, 2027

RFP Issued May 26, 2026 for CMP and BHD and July 2, 2026; Initial Bids due June 24, 2026 for CMP and BHD and July 13, 2026 for MPD.  The Commission will establish the final bid day(s). Bids must be submitted by 10 AM EST each day.

  • July 21, 2026: Up to half of Versant Bangor Hydro District (BHD) residential and small non-residential class.
  • July 22, 2026: Up to half of CMP and MPD residential and small non-residential class.
