Freedom of Access Act Request (FOAA)
To file a formal Freedom of Access Act Request for information, please email FOAA.PUC@maine.gov
Public Comment
To file a PUBLIC COMMENT on a current case, go to the Comment section in CMS and enter the case number and click “go.” Then enter the required information including name, address, comment and any attachments.
