Greenbush

Maine State Police were called to a residence at 1104 Springs Bridge Road Greenbush after a neighbor became concerned and alerted authorities. 

Upon arrival, Troopers located two deceased adults. They have been identified as Mark Buchanan, 60, of Greenbush and resident; and Leah Watson, 51, also of Greenbush. Police believe the deaths are drug related and there is no threat to the public. Authorities are waiting tests results from the Medical Examiner’s Office.

The Maine State Police responded to a residence at 1104 Springs Bridge Road in Greenbush just after 12:00 today.  Upon arrival they discovered two deceased adults inside, one male and one female.  The bodies have been transported to a local funeral home for examination by the Medical Examiner’s office.  The names are being withheld at this time pending notification of family.  The investigation is still ongoing but the deaths appear to be drug related.
