• Location 2 is located on Interstate 95 beginning at the southern joint of the Main Street Bridge in Waterville and extends south to the Exit 109 on ramp in Augusta southbound.  Northbound location will begin at Exit 109 in Augusta and extends to the southern joint of the Webb Road Bridge in Waterville, totaling approximately 37.64 miles.
