ChallengeME Committees

The ChallengeME Steering Committee is made up of mid-managers and a Regional Director. The committee oversees the development, implementation, review and revision of programs and direction, and if needed, seeks approval from the CORE team. Information is then shared with regional wellness committees to disseminate consistent information and programs, providing direction and assistance from region managers.

Region committee members are appointed by the region managers and shall be voluntary. The committees are represented by the following

Transportation Crews
Bureau of Project Development
Exception staff
Fleet Services
Traffic Engineering Division
Maine State Ferry (Where Applicable)
