Cost-Sharing Facilitators and Third-Party Reviewers

Per statutes Title 20-A, §1301: Finances and Title 20-A, §1704: Sharing costs, a list of potential facilitators and third-party reviewers is needed for Maine school administrative units (SAUs) to reference during the cost-sharing amendment process.

School administrative units (SAUs) are encouraged to coordinate directly with facilitators and third-party reviewers when requesting services. In addition, SAUs are solely responsible for selecting and vetting facilitators and reviewers, as well as for covering all costs associated with their services.

A notice of interest form will be available annually to allow for new participants in both roles.
