ASD and Assessment Rosters are missing students from one or both due to issues both on the Connect and NEO side. Until the pending fix is deployed some students will drop off assessment rostering, it is expected to happen until the issue is resolved. -Expected resolution: 9/11/26 end of day.

Notice: NEO Assessment Roster Discrepancies
This school year, the Maine Department of Education is implementing a new data system called Connect. At this time, we are aware of discrepancies between students enrolled in Connect and the NEO assessment rosters.
The Maine Education Data Management System (MEDMS) Team and the Assessment Team are in close contact and are actively working together to understand and resolve this issue. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
Data Systems
Data systems require accounts to access. Accounts can be requested via the access form below.
The access request form is used to grant or update access to our five data systems (linked above). To be granted access, the requestor must ensure their district has entered them into NEO Staff.
Data systems training can be initiated for new employees or anyone who would like a refresher on our systems. This training is one-on-one with our Education Data Quality Trainer, AlLee Cookson.
