MEDMS will be out of the office from Tuesday, August 11 to Thursday, August 13 for our summer training and travel. Please email any issues you have, as we will be unable to answer the phone queue until Friday, August 14. Any voicemails will be answered at that time.
The in-person summer trainings in 2026 will serve as workshops to explore Connect. The Data Team will walk through navigation, uploading, and other features within Connect for participants. Dates and general locations are as follows:
- August 11, 2026 — Waterville
- August 12, 2026 — Lewiston
- August 13, 2026 — Buxton

Do not enter exits for students that will be completing graduation requirements over the summer, as we will be taking those exits to update the reporting via MEDMS emails. Please email MEDMS any graduation updates you have.

Data Systems
Data systems require accounts to access. Accounts can be requested via the access form below.
The access request form is used to grant or update access to our five data systems (linked above). To be granted access, the requestor must ensure their district has entered them into NEO Staff.
Data systems training can be initiated for new employees or anyone who would like a refresher on our systems. This training is one-on-one with our Education Data Quality Trainer, AlLee Cookson.
