About the Funding Opportunity

Funded through the federal Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) via the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), this grant provides up to $4,964,064 in total funding to establish, expand, and enhance Community Paramedicine (CP) services across rural Maine.

  • Regional / Group Award: Up to $750,000
