- Surgeon x 2 (Do not need to be a trauma surgeon)
- EM Physician (Physician actively practicing in an ED in Maine)
- Critical Care Nurse (Nurse who actively practices critical care nursing outside of the ED)
- Trauma Rehabilitation Specialist (Member of a rehabilitation team responsible for post-hospitalization care of trauma patients in Maine)
- Trauma Care System User (A member of the public)
