Maine EMS is aware of several reported issues with the Protocol App update. We are working closely with the App developer to address these and any other issues that may be reported. We appreciate the feedback from EMS clinicians regarding them.
To assist us in addressing app issues, please let us also know the following information about which platform you are using to view the app:
- Are you using an iPhone or iOS device? If so, what is your software version number?
- Are you using an Android phone or tablet? If so, what is your software version number
This helps the App developer determine if an issue may be related to the specific version of the software.
