Maine EMS is aware of some difficulties with the Maine EMS protocol app on the Apple iOS platform. This seems to only be affecting users who have upgraded to iOS 16 and appears to be a bug causing intermittent crashing on otherwise stable apps (including the Maine EMS protocol app). We are working with our app developer and hope to have a code workaround completed today, but it may take a few days for Apple to approve the update.
The related bug is affecting tens of thousands of apps so Apple should expedite the review, and may publish another iOS update with their fix before our update is approved.
