Starting EMS ConnectME at your school +

- To bring EMS ConnectME to your school, follow these steps:
- 1. Identify and connect with your local EMS agency.
- a. Use the following list of local EMS Agency contact information to, and whether your agency already has an EMS ConnectME site.
- b. Maine EMS Agency Contact Information (Excel) (1/9/2025)
- 2. Reference the School Partner Guide (PDF) (12/31/2024).
- 3. Get started with the JMG Learning Management System (LMS).

- Identify a teacher or staff member who will serve as the LMS Coordinator for the program.
- This person will need to be trained on the LMS, if they aren’t already.
- Ensure your school has an information-sharing MOU with JMG.
- If you don’t have one, reach out to the Program Coordinator at anna.massefski@maine.gov or (207) 248-9505.
- Identify a teacher or staff member who will serve as the LMS Coordinator for the program.
- 4. Recruit learners, and plan your first activity!
Maintaining EMS ConnectME at your school +

- Once EMS ConnectME is up and running in your community, your role as a school partner will be mostly based in assisting students in the LMS. Reference the LMS Guide for more information.
