Stakeholder Advisory Committee

The Maine Department of Health and Human Services has convened a HCBS Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC). The Committee advises the Department on how best to engage with stakeholders, including how we will educate people receiving services, family members, advocates, service providers, and partner systems about the HCBS Settings Rule requirements, our transition plan and our progress in implementing it.
