Figure 1. Of the 69 individuals authorized for nursing services on or after October 1, 2023, 72% of those individuals began nursing services on or before September 30, 2024. Of the 897 individuals authorized for PSS services on or after Octobery 1, 2023, 70.3% began PSS services on or before September 30, 2024.

Figure 2. During the period October 1, 2023- June 30, 2024, the average wait time for nursing services to begin for 50 out of 69 individuals was 8.2 days. The average wait time for PSS services to begin for 631 out of 897 individuals was 11 days.

Figure 1. Counts of initial, reassessment and hospital medical eligibility determinations completed from October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024, are presented with counts of those determinations completed on-time. Determinations completed on time include medical eligibility assessments that were delayed for an acceptable reason, such as member or family scheduling preferences.

Figure 2. During the period October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024, the average amount of time in days for each medical eligibility type completed within an acceptable timeframe was: 4.6 days for initial assessments, 11.6 days for reassessments, and .8 days for hospital assessments.
