ICS 300:
Is a course that is designed for a multi-discipline organization and staffing, incident and event planning/staffing, organizing a response to an incident or audience of persons who would likely serve as supervisors in an ICS structure.  Topics include planned event, and incident resource management. The course includes group activities, a tabletop exercise, and a final exam.  This program is intended for middle management and command staff personnel.

ICS 400:
Is a course that expands upon information covered in the ICS-100 through ICS-300 courses and is designed for senior emergency personnel who are expected to perform in a management capacity in a Multi-Agency Coordination unit or in an Area Command. The goals of the ICS-400 are to explain how major incidents engender special management challenges; describe the circumstances in which an Area Command is established, and to describe the circumstances in which multi-agency coordination systems are established.

Registration Information:
The following pre-requisites are required prior to attending training and are available free online at https://training.fema.gov/nims/

• IS 100: Introduction to the Incident Command System
• IS 200: ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents
• IS 700: Introduction to the National Incident Management System (NIMS)
• IS 800: National Response Framework, An introduction.
• In order to attend ICS 400, completion of the ICS 300 course, or a certificate of completion of a
        prior ICS 300 course is required.

1. Copies of course prerequisite certificates or course completion documents must accompany application. Please use the upload function (Click on ADD FILE) below for each certificate.  Course registrations will be reviewed and a determination will be made prior to the class convening dates.
2. Students who have been accepted will receive a electronic course book prior to the training.
3. Course seating is limited to 20 students. There will be breakout sessions for students to demonstrate going through the Planning Cycle and applying the learning from the course.
4. Lunch will NOT be provided. Students should plan accordingly for refreshments and food.

****CCEMA training is paperless. The student course book will be distributed via email in the days prior to the training.
