From Public Safety:

The mail has now been off loaded onto a second truck, which will complete the delivery of the mail to Bangor.

One Lane Closed on I-95 Northbound in Augusta

Augusta ? A tractor trailer carrying US mail has overturned at mile 114 northbound on I-95. One lane of travel is currently open. Motorists should expect delays.

Crews at the scene continue to wait for another federal truck to arrive so the off-loading of the cargo can begin. Once the load is transferred, the overturned truck will be set upright. During that process, State Police will close both lanes of travel northbound until the truck can be safely towed away.

The detour will direct traffic to Exit 113 onto Route 104 then back to I-95 at Exit 120.

Commercial Traffic was stopped and held at the port of entry for about 1 hour until the DOT Bridge could clear access over the bridge. That has now just been cleared and traffic is rolling again.
