MLTI MacBook Air units ship from the factory with the most recent version of macOS. The devices are ready for use without alterations. Users will walk through the setup assistant to create their own administrator account. Additional software is available and can be deployed automatically or via Self Service.

MacBook Air Customization
Additional software can be made available to your users via the Jamf Pro ‘Self Service’ application. MLTI provided, non-Mac App Store apps are available here. Packages for many other common titles have already been created and can easily be added to your Jamf Pro in order to be available to your school’s devices. Please escalate to the Maine Project Office to discuss your particular needs.
Self Service Portal
MLTI MacBook Air and iPad include a new and easy way for schools to install additional software, perform maintenance, and make configuration changes on their MLTI devices. ‘Self Service’ can be found in the ‘Applications’ folder on macOS, and on the Home Screen on iOS.
MLTI provided, non-Mac App Store apps are available here. Additional items are available via the Apps & Books section of Apple School Manager.
