Bangor ? A MaineDOT contractor, CPM Constructors, will be working overnight on I-95 at Exit 184 in Bangor starting Monday, May 5th. Crews will be removing paint from beams which will involve closing one lane of traffic to allow for this activity to take place. Work will be performed Monday night through Thursday night for two weeks. During the week of May 5th the closure will take place on the northbound side. During the week of May 12th, work will be performed on the southbound side.
In order for the utility company to pull lines off the bridge, there will be a full interstate closure of both northbound and southbound traffic on Tuesday, May 13th from 12:00 a.m. to 5 a.m. at Exit 184.
Motorists will follow the detour signs to reach their destination.
