Culvert Replacement Work in Fryeburg

Fryeburg ? Culvert replacement work on Route 113 in Fryeburg takes place Tuesday, August 21st through Thursday, August 23rd. This work, scheduled from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, will necessitate the closure of approximately 500 ft. of Route 113. The work zone is located 2,000 ft. south of Corn Shop Road.

While local traffic will be allowed through the area, all other motorists will be guided away from the project site with detour signs and message boards. This stretch of Route 113 will re-open during the evening and overnight hours.

Route 113 will be closed southbound at Fish Street to all thru traffic. Commuters will be directed to use Fish Street to connect to Route 5, until its junction with Route 302, then westerly back to Route 113.

Traffic coming from Conway, NH along East Conway Road will not be allowed northerly on Route 113 from the NH State Border, but will directed on Route 113 southerly to Route 302, then easterly to Route 5 north, then to Fish Street and back to Route 113.
