MaineDOT to Perform ADA Improvements in Greenville Area

Drivers should plan for shoulder and lane closures with one-way alternating traffic.

GREENVILLE – September 1, 2026 – Starting September 8, the Maine Department of Transportation will begin a safety improvements project in Greenville to conduct ADA ramp improvements. 

The project location includes from the corner of Lily Bay Road & Pritham Avenue to the corner of Pritham Avenue & Hospital Street.

Drivers will encounter shoulder closures and lane closures with one-way alternating traffic guided by flaggers.

Work is expected to be completed by October 2026.

The contractor for this project is A.D. Smith Trucking of Dexter, Maine.

The contract amount is $241,335.00.
