WEST GARDINER - As seasonal traffic volumes increase, and many road construction projects begin in Maine, public and private road workers are coming together to remind drivers to stay alert and drive carefully - especially in work zones.Tomorrow, the Maine Department of Transportation, Maine Turnpike Authority, Maine State Police, Associated General Contractors of Maine, and AAA Northern New England will be holding a press conference to highlight the importance of safe driving.
