LINCOLN COUNTY - On Monday, August 2nd, the Maine Department of Transportation will celebrate the opening of the Barters Island Bridge, which connects Barters Island with Hodgdon Island over the Back River in Boothbay Harbor. This bridge replaces the old manually operated one with a fully automated one.
