Bangor ?Bullseye Bridge? Resurfacing

Bangor ? Surface treatment on the ?Bullseye Bridge? in Bangor begins on Monday, April 23rd. The project will start at the intersection of Ohio Street and Griffin Street, ending at the intersection of Griffin and Kenduskeag Street, resulting in one way traffic from Kenduskeag Street to Ohio Street.

Crews will take off the old ?hot top? wearing surface on the bridge, replacing it with concrete, thus extending the life of the deck surface for many years to come. Operating one lane at a time, travelers should expect delays through the area until its completion, set for the end of June.

This $225,000 effort is being conducted by MaineDOT.
