MaineDOT invites and encourages the public to participate in the formal public meeting process for the Piscataqua River Bridge Transportation Management Plan (TMP). Members of the public are encouraged to view the project presentation online and attend the in-person meeting on: June 24, 2026, 6-8pm, Eliot Town Hall, 1333 State Rd, Eliot, ME 03903.
The purpose of the meeting is to allow the project team to share work completed to date and key findings from the study, followed by a question-and-answer session. After the presentation, attendees can review informational display boards, speak with the project team, and participate in interactive activities to provide feedback. Input received will help inform a draft TMP and Emergency Communications Plan, which will be shared with the public later this summer. An online virtual public meeting will be available during the formal public comment period. The virtual meeting can be viewed at any time beginning June 3-August 31, 2026, and will allow the public to submit online comments and questions, which will be answered by MaineDOT staff.
