MaineDOT invites and encourages the public to participate in the formal public meeting process for the proposed Cambridge bridge replacements. Members of the public are encouraged to attend the in-person meeting on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at the Cambridge town office and/or view the online virtual public meeting from September 24, 2026 through October 8, 2026.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the proposed replacement of four bridges in Cambridge: Hilton Bridge (#1069), Ike Brook Bridge (#3315), and Knickerbocker Bridge (#3291), which are located approximately 1.29 miles northeast of Route 150, and the Ripley Road/Ferguson Stream Bridge (#3583), which is located approximately 0.41 mile east of Route 150.
An online virtual public meeting can be viewed at any time from September 24, 2026, through October 8, 2026, and will allow the public to submit comments and questions online, which will be answered by MaineDOT staff.
