As previously announced, MaineCare updated PNMI Appendix B & D rates effective July 1, 2026, to reflect a 3.07% COLA. We implemented these rates for billing, today, July 29, 2026.
Adjustment Billing Guidance for Dates of Service July 1, 2026 – July 29, 2026
Providers are responsible for adjusting all affected claims. Per policy and to avoid timely filing denials, you must submit adjustments within 120 days of the most recent claim payment date.
