Apply to Present at the 2026 MaineCare Provider Conference
MaineCare invites you to submit a proposal to present at the first MaineCare Provider Conference, Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at the Augusta, Maine Civic Center.
Presenting at the MaineCare Provider Conference, either individually or as part of a team, is a wonderful way to share expertise, experience, and enthusiasm for new ideas. We are looking for presentation proposals and posters that showcase real-world practices, spark new thinking, and offer actionable insights that others can apply. Presentations are intended to be interactive, engage participants, and provide useful information and tools that participants can apply to their programs.
We welcome attendees, posters, and presentations from the full range of health care providers working within the MaineCare program. Whether you are a first-time presenter or a veteran public speaker, we welcome your submission!
In particular, we are seeking submissions that:
- Incorporate the conference theme of: Stronger Together: Navigating Change Through Collaboration
- Are tailored to the different professions and license types represented on multi-disciplinary, community-based, and integrated care teams aiming to deliver person-centered care including the primary care team, specialists, oral health professionals, behavioral health professionals, community health workers, peer support specialists, and recovery coaches
- Display strategies to respond to evolving federal requirements that prioritize access to care, partnerships, and member communication.
- Consider the different experience levels (beginner to expert) of the healthcare workforce
- Describe efforts to improve health outcomes and/or access in rural and urban hard-to-reach populations
- Include solutions to grow and sustain Maine’s healthcare workforce to ensure access to care
