The members we serve include State of Maine employees and retirees, as well as ancillary employer groups such as the Maine Community College System, Maine Turnpike Authority, and the Maine Public Employees Retirement System. (*Note: Teachers employed by the municipality (city or town) are not included in our programs. Please contact your appropriate benefits department.)

The 2025 open enrollment periods are:

Health Insurance: May 4th through May 15th for a July 1st effective date

Flexible Spending Accounts: 2027 Open Enrollment is held in November 2026, with an effective date of January 1st.
