Radio service provider for all Maine state government public safety and public service agencies, assuring 24x7x365 high reliability, mission critical, land mobile radio communications for traditional first responders (police, fire, emergency management, other public safety providers) and interoperability with their local partners statewide.

- Standard vehicle Up Fit - $1800.00 (one-time charge per vehicle) includes installation of:

- Install and remove mobile radios in vehicles
- Maintain mobile and portable radios, dispatch centers, sites and the radio network
- Monitor infrastructure components (towers, generators, solar, repeaters, etc.)
- Provide site backup generator power to ensure 24x7 operations
- Reprogram radios on an annual basis
- Provide certified and/or licensed radio technicians
- Provide all necessary hardware for installation of mobile radios
- Maintain active inventory of all radio devices
- Maintain a service history to identify radios that have an unusually high number of repairs

Service Level Targets & Availability
- Technical support of dispatch centers and major infrastructure components is provided 24x7x365
- Technical support for mobile/ portable radios is provided 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on business days

Customer Expectations
- Submit an active FootPrints ticket
- Pre-authorized payment for additional services
- Item to be serviced needs to be currently on the user's inventory list, and paying monthly billing
