Update: Targeted Case Management (TCM) Services Provided by Indian Health Services (IHS)
On January 29, 2024, the Office of MaineCare Services sent this bulletin regarding TCM Services when provided by MaineCare Benefits Manual (MBM), Section 9, IHS providers.
Providers were directed to the Health PAS Online Portal for Prior Authorization (PA) forms in error. Acentra conducts all PA reviews and authorizations for TCM services. Providers may submit requests through their online portal or by calling Acentra at 1-866-521-0027, option 1.
