Update to Acentra Health Call Center
Effective immediately, Acentra Health made the following update to call center operations:
- When calling into Acentra Health with a member or guardian, please select option 3: Provider Relations.
- If a member is calling Acentra Health with no provider on the line, they access our staff via option 1: Member Services.
