System Maintenance from March 19, 2022 to March 20, 2022   

MIHMS and the Health PAS Online Portal will be unavailable from 12:00 pm on Saturday, March 19, 2022 to 12:00 pm Sunday, March 20, 2022 for scheduled system maintenance and upgrades.  

While the Health PAS Online Portal is unavailable, providers and billing agents will be unable to: 

  • Submit Direct Data Entry (DDE) or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) claims 

  • View any portal documents  

  • Retrieve a Remittance Advice (RA), 835, or PDF  

  • Perform a new provider enrollment or submit a maintenance case for an existing enrollment  

  • Use any portal functionality (including 835, 270, or 271 submissions)
