Sections 21 & 29: July 1, 2025, Cost-of-Living Adjustments (COLAs) Implemented

On July 2, 2025, we sent a notice stating that the implementation of the 1.95% COLA for several sections of policy was delayed.  

We implemented the COLA effective July 1, 2025, for Sections 21, Home and Community Benefits for Members with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism Spectrum and 29, Support Services for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder, and you may now bill for these rates. 

Providers may adjust all affected claims with dates of service July 1, 2025, through July 15, 2025.  

Updated fee schedules are available on the rate setting page of the Health PAS Online Portal.
