Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 29, and 96 - Care Coordination, Personal Support and Support Skills Building Services: Recommended Draft Rates, Presented Materials, and Comment Deadline
On June 25, 2026, MaineCare held the first of three online public meetings to present recommended draft rates and models along with rationales for certain Home and Community Based Services. The PowerPoint presentation, video recording, and appendix of the meeting for Care Coordination, Personal Support, and Support Skills Building Services are available on our Rate System Reform webpage.
As providers and interested parties, your feedback is important. The Department will accept written comments on these recommendations through the deadline of July 13, 2026. Please submit written comments directly to: RateReform.OMS@maine.gov.
The Department will then summarize all comments and respond in writing with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rate determination.
